What our Clients are Saying

  • Mr Ilionsky represented me on two occasions. Both civil court law suits. I won because of his services on both occasions. Throughout the process he was extremely professional, & very prompt. He explained to me what to expect in a manner that eased my initial stress and concerns. Via email & phone, gave quick responses to my questions. The first case did go to trial by judge where Zev really gained my respect as a professional in his field. I recommend his services to anyone.

  • I had a legal issue where I was facing potential federal charges from a national financial organization. I became extremely worried and tried avoiding dealing with it, but ultimately knew I had to do something about it. Zev was compassionate of the situation, let me know what the possible consequences of the charges were, and dealt with it expeditiously. Thanks to his quick action, no charges were ever brought, and the case was dismissed without even going to court. Highly recommended.

  • I couldn’t be happier with Mr. Ilionsky’s service! Always cordial and respectful and really made me feel like he listened to me and cared! I would definitely turn to him if I needed legal help in the future.

  • Zev has handled numerous issues for me over the years and has helped me grow my business from the ground floor into a state-wide enterprise by providing legal assistance every step of the way.

  • Good and thorough attorney who puts an emphasis on communication and working together with his client. He made it a point to return every one of my calls and emails, and helped me deal with my anxiety during the whole matter. He treated me like a person.

Marital & Cohabitation Agreements in Texas

Texas has a variety of marital agreements in place: prenuptial, postnuptial, cohabitation, nonnuptial, and right of survivorship. Each of the agreements is governed by different and nuanced statutory and common law, and can significantly impact the way that parties enter into and dissolve their formal or informal relationship under Texas law.
